We offer various on-site CFI Training options.

Closed On-Site CFI-Training

we offer select treatment programs with a closed (on-site) CFI-Training option. This training is a live (on-site) presentation, providing 24 PCB, NAADAC, and NASW approved CE’s that can be used toward initial certification or re-certification for CIP through the PA Certification Board, along with other licensing and certification options. This option is provided as a three-day training conference at the venue of your choosing, or it can be broken down into one day per week trainings that can take place over the course of three consecutive weeks (certain location conditions apply).

Open On-Site CFI-Training

We offer select treatment programs the opportunity to host an open CFI-Training option. This training is a live (on-site) presentation, providing 24 PCB, NAADAC, and NASW approved CE’s that can be used toward initial certification or re-certification for CIP through the PA Certification Board, along with other licensing and certification options. This option is provided as a three-day training conference at the venue of your choosing. This training also comes with 4 training seats for any staff or special guests of the program, that would like to attend.

Hosting program will have the chance to give tours and discuss their treatment program, in depth, to students.

As an approved education provider for NAADAC, the PCB (Pennsylvania Certification Board) and the NASW (National Association of Social Workers) we offer our students a thorough and intensive education on our model of intervention.

Our CFI training offers certification in our model of intervention only, and is one of the many training options that an Interventionist, or interested individual, may have on their journey toward attaining their CIP credential.

We highly recommend additional trainings, supervision, and eventually the pursuit of the CIP credential through the PCB (Pennsylvania Certification Board) prior to performing independent intervention services.

Although some students may have previous education and experience, others may not. Our training should serve as a part of a larger educational experience for intervention work, and should not be considered as a stand alone training providing intervention credentials.

We highly recommend additional trainings, supervision, and eventually the pursuit of the CIP credential through the PCB (Pennsylvania Certification Board) prior to performing independent intervention services.

For those individuals seeking their CIP certification (Certified Intervention Professional) please visit the PCB (Pennsylvania Certification Board) website www.pacertboard.org to learn about the additional requirements you must fulfill in order to complete your CIP certification.

Unfortunately, we do not provide scholarships for this training yet. We do however, offer group rates and other discounted rates for individuals and industry professionals to attend. Successfully complete initial 3-Day CFI training process (within 2 years)

Seeking additional support for their practice as a CFI trained interventionist

Participants in our 3-day intensive training are not required to utilize the (EES) portion of our training process; however, those participants will not be able to declare or advertise themselves as a CFI certified interventionist until the (EES) portion has been completed to the satisfaction of BRS staff.

Individual supervision hours can be available for students with a CIP during the 90-days after completing our CFI-Training. These individual supervision hours can include case review, intervention prep with families, and the practical application of these tools to perform interventions. For additional individual supervision hours beyond the 90-days included in this process, please call for pricing.
